Our staff are used to dealing with enquiries and are happy to discuss available options with you. Your data is guaranteed to be safe and your details are guaranteed not to be used for any other purpose than dealing with your order. Phone orders are dealt with immediately, your details will never be written down, simply typed into our HSBC card terminal. We do take your security seriously.   Payment can be taken using the cards below, cheques are also accepted but must be cleared prior to delivery.

Delivery

All of our goods are delivered within 14 days of payment. We do not use couriers to deliver our fireplaces due to the fact that we deal in damageable goods and don't trust couriers to deliver them undamaged. Our drivers have all worked in the fireplace trade for several years and can offer any advice you may need upon delivery. Please phone us for delivery prices. For your security, no delivery will be made without a signature from the delivery address We can usually offer you a 2 hour time frame in which your goods are going to be delivered. No need to wait in all day for a delivery wasting holidays!
